The Transient Light Tarot is based on the Rider Waite Smith yet drawing out aspects of polarities, sustainability and transience. These ideas have been pushed in both the imagery and production of the deck. The deck is gender neutral and rendered in inky blue-black and white.

Sustainability was considered in the printing and packaging of the deck - printing it locally (to the artist) and on recycled paper with no use of plastic. Further the guidebook is a collaboration between the artist Ari Wisner and poet Fausta Joly with 22 poems written for the Major Arcana. The deck is inspired by the beauty of transience.

Although temporary, our being can facilitate something more universally connected and priceless. Whether change is joyful or painful, it is followed by a new beginning where we can find beauty and opportunity to heal and grow.
